It will include our customers’ insights from various industry value chains, pain points in their existing processes and their ideas to action these insights for innovation and product/process enhancement.

Inculcate in customers a sense of being a stakeholder in innovation
Facilitate future-readiness in terms of long-term and short-term business strategy
